***Our client is urgently looking for a Legal Specialist for an Independent Contract of 12-months based in Bryanston, Knightsbridge. ***

Legal Specialist

This role provides legal and compliance support to the legal team, primarily focusing on property-related agreements and stakeholder engagement. The specialist ensures timely and effective legal guidance on leases, site sharing, contracts, and disputes while collaborating with internal teams and external parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Vet, draft, negotiate, and renew property leases, access agreements, and site-sharing agreements.
• Address legal queries from various departments and provide strategic support.
• Engage proactively with internal personnel and support dispute resolution and litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions as required.
• Keep stakeholders informed of major negotiations, disputes, and property law changes.
• Prepare reports and keep the legal team updated on relevant legal issues.
