An established industry player is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join their team as an Executive Assistant. This role requires previous executive experience in a law firm, along with exceptional skills in pagination and indexing. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to Directors, preparing documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office. Qualifications: Grade 12, Secretarial or Paralegal Diploma
Minimum Requirements:
Provide administrative support to the Directors, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Handling Commercial and Litigation documents.
