Legal Administrators support the Legal function within the business and manage all activities related to the back-office administration within the Legal Department.
Job Description
Maintaining the contract management system and electronic Records Management System.
Preparation of draft contracts and agreements (service level agreements, subcontractor agreements etc.).
Liaising with the different departments to ensure the execution of the draft contracts and agreements.
Conducting regular due diligence on the contract management system to ensure its credibility and to address any shortcomings.
Qualifications for Legal Administrator
Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology.
Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team.
Exemplify a strong attention to detail.
Possess superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Dropbox, and OneDrive.
Previous experience working with contract regulations and related laws is strongly preferred.
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Capable of professionally managing confidential information.
