Hours: US Hours (2:30pm SAST - 11PM SAST DURING DAYLIGHT SAVINGS| 3:30-12PM DURING NON-DAYLIGHT SAVINGS)

Fully remote

Our client, a legal firm is currently growing exponentially and seeks the services and support of a dynamic, goal oriented, motivated and highly driven individual with a passion for customer service to excel in this talented firm. At our client, you will focus on gaining leads, in this dynamic and multifaceted position.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Provide prompt and accurate responses to users and lead inquiries regarding our services for probate and / or estate planning.
• Capture client details and upload into the firm’s legal system, by also assigning to the respective legal representatives.
• Ensure excellent customer experience by addressing requests.

Sales Support:

• Collaborate with leads answering their questions and guiding them through our service offering either via phone, email and chat.
• Ensure and check daily on the system that all leads have an update from the legal team in respect to the client query.

Legal Drafting / Review:

• Assist in drafting legal agreements or compiling legal agreements / documents as required by the legal team to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare necessary documents for review by the management team and legal team before sharing with clients.

About You:

We are seeking a motivated individual ready to embrace this challenge. While extensive legal or technical experience is not expected, familiarity with legal concepts, estate planning or probate concepts is crucial for success in this role.

Skills:
