Formación

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in legal risk management, compliance, or corporate law, preferably in financial services.
• Thorough understanding of financial services regulations (e.g., FAIS, FICA, POPIA).
• Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in risk assessment tools and techniques.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Vereeniging.
