Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dedicated Legal Manager with Contracts and Property experience for our client in Rosebank Johannesburg's offices. Our client is a well renowned REIT (Real estate Investment Trust) with a property portfolio valued at approximately R10 Billion, with around 100 - 150 Employees.

Principle Function

To manage and oversee the legal, compliance and contract management functions as well as ensure organisational compliance to legislation. Responsible for drafting, negotiating, structuring, vetting, interpreting, executing, and/or administering contractual documents.

Requirements/Skills

• Matric
• BA LLB or B Proc
• Admitted Attorney with a minimum 5 year’s post admission experience.
• Experience in business law, property management, lease and other agreements, and other related areas.
• Knowledge of debt collection legislation and regulations
• Strong legal research skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Able to make full use of Microsoft Office, MDA programmers and related Apps
• Planning, Organising and Time Management
• Excellent problem solving
