Our client is seeking a skilled and highly organised Legal Assistant with a keen eye for detail and a passion for thriving in a dynamic legal setting. This role requires an independent professional who anticipates the team's needs, manages multiple responsibilities efficiently, and performs effectively under tight deadlines.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare legal agreements and support their execution.
  • Manage and maintain a database of company legal documents and related activities.
  • Provide administrative and research support to the legal team.
  • Conduct research on various legal topics.
  • Assist legal counsel with corporate governance matters.
  • Contribute to legal projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and transparency within the department and for internal stakeholders.
  • Support and coordinate special projects as required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :

  • Advanced computer skills, along with expertise in legal research and investigative techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal terminology, principles, research methods, court procedures, and related processes.
