DESCRIPTION OF POSITION :
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare legal agreements and support their execution.
Manage and maintain a database of company legal documents and related activities.
Provide administrative and research support to the legal team.
Conduct research on various legal topics.
Assist legal counsel with corporate governance matters.
Contribute to legal projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and transparency within the department and for internal stakeholders.
Support and coordinate special projects as required.

Advanced computer skills, along with expertise in legal research and investigative techniques.
In-depth knowledge of legal terminology, principles, research methods, court procedures, and related processes.
