- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Must have own transport & license.
- Experience in the mining or construction sector.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Managing client communications and customer service.
- Calendar coordination.
- Legal research and writing.
- Client billing and accounting.
- Document organisation and management.
