Duties & Responsibilities

As a Legal and Compliance Executive, you will contribute to the development and review of the client's strategic plan.

Develop the unit's operational plans to align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

Develop the compliance management strategy and framework, governance framework, and related policies for the organization.

Direct the implementation of the strategy, policy, and plans for legal, compliance, and governance across the company.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Qualification in BA Law with Admission as an Attorney.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Legal and Compliance Executive roles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Medical Aid industry.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
• Knowledge of stakeholder management.
