Qualifications

• LLB avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience post-article.
• 3-5 ans d'expérience en litige et en cour.
• Connaissances approfondies des lois et des processus juridiques.

Job description

We are looking for a Legal Advisor - Litigation (Temp)

Must have :

• LLB – and at least 3 years post article experience. Post graduate qualification would be an advantage,
• At least 3 – 5 years litigation and Court experience,
• Working knowledge of various computer programmes including Power Point, MS Word, Excel and Outlook,
• In depth knowledge of laws and legal processes (primarily relating to Corporate Finance, Structured Finance and Investment Banking)
• Working knowledge of other areas of law e.g. Tax, Companies Act, Insolvency
• Experience in turnarounds and restructures of companies,
• Working knowledge of finance.
