Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Legal Advisor specializing in contracts to join their expanding legal department in Tembisa, Gauteng. You will review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, mitigate risks, and support internal stakeholders across sales, procurement, and operations.

The ideal candidate has an LLB, SA admission, 5+ years in contract law, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• LLB degree or equivalent qualification.
• Admission as Advocate or Attorney in SA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract law.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of SA contract law and related legislation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal databases.
• Experience in the specified industry is an advantage.
