Key Responsibility Areas

1. Prepare contracts for consultation and negotiation with suppliers and service providers.
2. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to reach agreements regarding the services to be rendered.
3. Build and maintain good relations with suppliers and service providers.
4. Monitor and review contract performance regularly to identify and correct gaps.
5. Analyze contract requirements to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Minimum: 3-year National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or an LLB degree. Admission as an attorney or advocate is required. Registration with professional bodies in Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
2. Experience: 6-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Procurement within the Corporate or Public Sector, including experience in the Commercial Contracts unit.
