- Establish cooperative customer relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Represent the Head: Legal Services on various committees.
INTERNAL PROCESSES
COMMERCIAL & CONTRACTUAL SUPPORT
- Formulation of operational business plan.
- Formulation of legal policies, guidelines, frameworks, and business processes.
- Review of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Monitoring of turnaround times.
- Legal contract drafting.
- Conducting due diligence on projects.
- Drafting legal opinions.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (e.g., LLB, BProc, BJur or related).
- Admission as an Attorney or Advocate.
- Seven (7) years’ post-admission experience.
- In addition, two (2) years’ experience in a commercial or intellectual property environment and/or prior exposure to the technology innovation environment.
