A leading company in the healthcare sector is seeking a qualified legal professional to manage litigation matters, provide expert legal advice, and draft various agreements. The ideal candidate will have a relevant legal qualification and experience as an admitted attorney or advocate in South Africa. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legislation and assisting in internal policy formulation while maintaining awareness of legal risks.

  • Admitted attorney or advocate in South Africa preferred.

  • Manage litigation matters.
