Qualifications

• Doctorate (NQF 10) in Strategic Management.
• Minimum 2 years lecturing experience in strategic supply chain management or operations strategy at postgraduate level.
• Experience in supply chain network design, strategic sourcing, supply chain integration, performance management, or executive-level operations management.
• One NQF level higher than the qualification being taught.
• Copy of academic transcript.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and engage students based on module requirements and pacing.
• Update learning materials and information systems; provide timely feedback.
• Support assessment planning and prepare students for examinations.
• Collaborate with Central Academic Team and Programme Coordinator on results analysis.
• Participate in academic meetings and drive continuous improvement.
