• NQF 5 qualification in hospitality.
• City & Guilds Diploma in Food Prep, Cooking & Patisserie.
• CATHSSETA scoping - Unit 73292 is required.
• Assessors and Moderators certificate.
• Certified to conduct outcome-based assessment.
• Minimum 5 years pastry experience.
• Minimum 2 years lecturing/teaching/assessor.
• Experience in a managerial position.

Responsibilities

The International Hotel School Benoni Campus is searching for a Patisserie Lecturer. The purpose of this role is to teach and share your passion for the culinary industry with eager young students; helping them grow individually, and ultimately playing a role in their career paths and success in life.
