The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship offers modules and programmes at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The Department aims to equip students with knowledge and skills to excel in dynamic business environments and entrepreneurial ventures. Through cutting-edge research, meaningful community partnerships, and a commitment to transformative learning experiences, we prepare students to drive organizational success and turn visionary ideas into impactful realities.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate for Lecturer in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship will be responsible for the following key performance areas:

  • Facilitate learning at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Management and Entrepreneurship
  • Conduct research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
  • Undertake undergraduate and postgraduate supervision
  • Provide academic leadership and administration
  • Undertake curriculum development and assessment
  • Participate in community engagement and outreach
  • Provide mentorship to upcoming entrepreneurs
Minimum Requirements

  • Master's Degree in any Management field
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating learning, preferably in the field of Management and Entrepreneurship
Added Advantages

  • Progress towards a PhD will be an added advantage
  • Research supervision at Honours level
  • Record of providing mentorship to entrepreneurs
