Responsibilities and Duties

1. Lecturing
   • Deliver lectures on programmes (must lecture on an IIE qualification) across various modes of delivery where relevant.
   • Mark assessments and provide feedback to students. May include moderating assessment scripts within their subject fields across IIE sites.
2. Lecturer Development and Support
   • Assist in lecturer development processes, including peer reviews, workshops, and consultations.
3. Student Development & Support
   • Lead and manage academic development and support for a specific programme and its students.
   • Track student success and implement support interventions as needed.
4. Research & Scholarship
   • Promote a culture of scholarship within their discipline and contribute to the institution's research output targets.

Minimum Education Requirements

• Qualified CA(SA)
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field or studying towards one is advantageous.

Minimum Work Experience Requirements

• At least 3 years of teaching and learning experience, preferably in a teaching environment.
• Experience in lecturing in Auditing.
