Lecturer : Copywriting (Part-Time)

The IIE Varsity College, Sandton Campus is seeking appointees in the field of Commerce to strengthen the teaching and research capabilities in the Faculty of Management Studies department for the following lecturing role:

• Copywriting

Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this position is the delivery of effective facilitation / lecturing on qualifications and all associated academic activities such as student engagement and support that will promote student success and learning.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

Ideal:

• An honours degree / diploma in Information Systems / Computer Science with Marketing up to a second-year level.

Alternatively:

• An Honours degree in one of the other business-related fields (e.g. Business Management, Supply Chain Management) plus completion of Information Technology modules up to a first-year level;
• An honours degree in Marketing plus completion of Information Technology modules up to a first-year level;
• An Honours degree in Web Programming and Marketing completed in undergraduate qualification.

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

• Industry experience in commerce.
• Lecturing experience in Marketing / Entrepreneurship / Supply Chain / Project Management.
• Work experience as an entrepreneur / project manager / supply chain manager.
• Project management experience in the field of marketing or the design and development of marketing tools or plans.

Working Conditions:

• This is an Independent Contractor role.
