Emeris Nelson Mandela Bay Campus invites applications for a Sessional Lecturer in Contemporary Management and Innovation. The position is an independent contractor for Bachelor of Commerce Honours students, with lectures on campus between 08:20 and 16:45 on weekdays.

The ideal candidate will hold a Masters or PhD in Commerce or Business Administration with a focus on innovation and management, plus proven lecturing experience and potential research involvement.

Qualifications

• Lecturing experience in contemporary and/or business management.
• Experience as a manager across borders and in leadership roles is an advantage.
• Research publications in academic journals would be an advantage to incorporate research into the module.
• A post-graduate diploma in Education could be an advantage.
