The Lecturer and Programme Coordinator is a pivotal role that combines academic leadership, programme management, and teaching excellence.

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative education, developing and coordinating multiple programmes within their field, and actively participating in academic governance structures as directed by the Head of Faculty and/or Chief Academic Officer.

This position requires the development and delivery of curricula that meet regulatory requirements, align with industry standards, and support the institution's commitment to academic excellence.

The role involves overseeing the efficient delivery of programmes, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with accreditation bodies and institutional policies.

The Lecturer and Programme Coordinator will also play a critical role in shaping the academic direction of their programmes, maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies, and ensuring curricula remain dynamic, innovative, and aligned with professional standards.

This position is instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the institution.
