A prominent property management firm seeks a Leasing Manager based in Pretoria to oversee the leasing of properties and maintain tenant relationships. The successful candidate will analyze market conditions, implement leasing strategies, and ensure high occupancy rates while managing tenant expectations. Ideal applicants will have extensive leasing experience and strong negotiation skills to thrive in this dynamic role.
The Leasing Manager is responsible for leasing properties in the Pareto portfolio. They attract and
secure tenants, negotiate lease agreements, and maintain positive landlord-tenant relationships. The Leasing Manager works closely with Asset Managers, prospective tenants, and internal teams to ensure optimal occupancy rates, tenant satisfaction, and profitability. The role plans and performs administrative activities. Establishes policies and prepares rationalisation programs. Focus on developing administrative systems and structures to enhance the efficiency of subordinate areas and support functions per the pre-established technical and economic feasibility parameters. The role is responsible for formulating the property or centre’s strategic letting plan that will inform the projected income for the asset through optimally leasing all premises within the property's, managing non-GLA income and being responsible for all operations of the leasing department. The role will be based at Menlyn Park Shopping Centre.
