Job description

Your Growth

As a Learning Specialist, you will support the execution and rollout of the Regional Learning strategy within EEMA (East Europe, Middle East & Africa), with a special focus on Africa.

This is a full-time position in Learning. You will work closely with the Regional Heads of Learning, the local office Director of People (or a seasoned Professional Development Manager), EEMA Consulting teams, and other stakeholders in your local office and across the region. You will report to the Senior Manager of the EEMA Learning function.

Your Impact

In this role, you will perform operational duties supporting learning programs, including organization and delivery of virtual, in-person, and on-demand programs, project management, process improvement, program assessment, and data analysis.

Regular tasks include managing venue logistics, coordinating with faculty, handling communications, monitoring budgets, processing invoices, and tracking feedback via surveys.

You will have two main responsibilities:

  1. Regional Responsibilities: Leading the associate partners cohort by developing learning priorities, defining objectives, creating the learning calendar, and selecting delivery channels (e.g., Learning days, EEMA sessions). You will collaborate with the central AP learning team to ensure programs are current with Firm approaches and materials. Additionally, you'll work with local stakeholders to ensure programs are relevant and contextually appropriate. You will also review and contribute to the overall strategy for TL to AP transition and learning journeys.
  2. Africa Office Responsibilities: Supporting the design and rollout of Personal Development Journeys for Africa Office, managing programs for Engagement Managers and Partners with external coaches, and leading delivery efforts. You will also assist local teams in designing impactful learning programs and sharing best practices to align regional and local agendas.
