Job Title: Learning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, delivering exceptional service through responsiveness and client education.
  • Collaborate with HC stakeholders to deliver key business objectives across allocated Enablement portfolios, including learning hubs.
  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver integrated learning solutions through consultation and analysis.
  • Define and demonstrate business impact in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Engage with learners and line managers to gather feedback on all learning interventions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to optimize costs.
  • Enhance business performance by delivering data-driven learning solutions.
  • Drive initiatives to deepen a learning culture and build cross-functional skills.
  • Benchmark learning solutions against industry and global trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar environment, with experience in providing Learning & Development solutions in an IT environment advantageous.
