• Individuals who are able to deliver a consistent sales output to the corporate/business market that requires more management support and guidance than micro-management, in order to meet their monthly and annual targets. Key skills in building relationships, with a consultative oriented solution selling style, in order to identify and co-create opportunities with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Selling of corporate training solutions.
• Business Development.
• Human Resources (BBEEE codes and SETA knowledge essential).

Experience and skills required:

• Minimum 5 years corporate solution sales experience.
• Knowledge of the SETA framework.
• Knowledge of the BBEEE codes.
• Selling services to Human Resources Practitioners/corporate clients.
