What You Will Do
- Managing the Annual L&D Budgeting process
- Managing the current training budget spend and ensuring training delivery timeously
- Management of the WSP/ATR process
- Providing SOP Training and skills development oversight
- Providing support in the management of the BU Employment Equity Committees
- Management of the Trade & Industry (DTI) & SDF process
- Management of learnerships and apprenticeship programmes
- Vendor management & RFP coordination
- Management of the BU Bursary process
- Providing ad-hoc support to the BU HR Team

Experience
- Tertiary qualification in human resources, training, education, or related field
- 3- 5 years of experience in human resources management and/or training development and delivery
- Understanding of adult learning processes, instructional design techniques, and evaluation methodologies
- Understanding of the effectiveness of learning methods
- Understanding of the impact of training on overall business performance
