Online Education Services Pty Ltd in Cape Town is looking for a Learning Designer to craft world-class digital learning experiences for global learners, from MBA programs to MOOCs and competency-based training. You will align designs with our quality framework and leverage GenAI to boost creativity and efficiency.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, own deliverables, and drive best practices in online and blended learning, guiding projects to success within tight

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in online or blended learning design.
• Strong consultancy and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proven ability to design and develop courses for multiple LMSs (EdX, Canvas, Bridge).
• Self-motivated, autonomous and able to lead within a multidisciplinary team.
• Deep knowledge of best practices for online/blended learning design.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced learning design knowledge to create tech-enabled experiences.
• Ensure materials align with the quality framework and engage learners.
• Translate course blueprints into detailed storyboards for digital development.
• Structure content, design activities, and integrate multimedia for online courses.
• Author on the LMS or support course building with the learning technologist team.
• Collaborate with production to create course and video graphic guides.
• Support internal QA processes to meet standards.
• Proactively integrate GenAI to improve workflow and innovation.
