Job description
Requirements
  • Must be a South African Citizen.
  • Relevant postgraduate tertiary qualification in adult learning, training and development, industrial/organisational psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in an executive education environment.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience providing input into programme budgets. Demonstrating return on investment for decision makers (individuals and clients).
  • Proven credibility in liaising with clients as a trusted advisor/consultant at senior, executive, C-suite and board level.
  • Must have knowledge on SETA.
Responsibilities
  • Bring together resources, such as faculty, guest speakers, and the Learning Process Facilitator (LPF), to develop proposals and designs that outline the learning journey and outcomes aligned to the appropriate work level.
  • Present proposals to client decision makers.
  • Liaison with Faculty to craft and design content that is of a high quality and is delivered through the appropriate design and learning methodology.
  • Provide input to the programme budgets that take into account all elements of the learning intervention, channel and organisational overheads, and are profitable in line with the company guidelines.
  • Brief the creation of the Learner Management System (LMS) site for each programme and attend and contribute to the individual and client experience at specified touchpoints such as Orientation, Feedback Loops, and Final Presentations.
  • Brief Marketing on the academic content of flyers, attend and provide input to the Learning and Design Forum.
  • Assess prospective facilitators during the screening process, onboard new faculty and LPF’s.
