Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for deploying multiple courses and executing end-to-end deployment plans.
  • Monitor deployment progress using LMS reports and produce insights from feedback.
  • Coordinate Service Line BBBEE training data.

Job description

Experience Marketplace Learning & Deployment Specialist

Assignment Duration - 3 Months

Role Objective and Key Accountabilities :
  • Responsible for deploying multiple courses within one or more curricula.
  • Creates learning course deployment plans and executes end-to-end deployment of curricula.
  • Sources facilitators for learning courses and ensures they are prepared for delivery.
  • Provides oversight of learning administration activities and reports on course feedback.

Reports to : SL Learning Leader

Key Interactions :

SL Stakeholders, Learning Administrators, SL Learning Leader

Key Responsibilities :
  • Learning Deployment: Create deployment plans aligned with learning program planning and budgets. Submit requests for scheduling offerings and publishing content in SuccessFactors (SF). Manage execution including conference and event management. Source and manage facilitators, preparing them for delivery.
  • Learning Reporting: Access LMS reports to monitor deployment progress. Produce insights from program feedback for reporting to the SL Learning Leader.
  • Coordination of Service Line BBBEE requirements: Maintain training data for the Service line for ISQM processes.
  • Learning Facilitation: Facilitate cross-SL learning programs if required.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements :
  • Commercial acumen and business awareness.
  • Understanding of EY and EY Talent.
  • Stakeholder management / business consulting: Strong communication skills, effective with stakeholders at all levels. Team-oriented, providing evidence-based insights, delivering quality services, engaging others, and managing change effectively. Demonstrates strong project management skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Capable of producing virtual training sessions.
Education :

Diploma / degree or equivalent work experience

Experience :

3+ years in HR and/or Learning and Development within the professional services industry

Other Requirements :

May require occasional domestic and international travel.
