Job Description

You will be the architect of growth, working alongside the Learning Manager to craft and deliver impactful learning solutions. Your role involves identifying training needs, analyzing data, developing engaging training materials, and managing impactful programs to transform potential into performance. The goal is to future-proof our people and ensure every learning experience leaves a lasting impact on the iK Tribe.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Planning & Coordination:
    • Sourcing service providers for learning interventions
    • Briefing providers on program requirements
    • Communicating course details to stakeholders
    • Managing responses from delegates
    • Assisting with training needs analysis and information management
    • Updating project management boards
    • Coordinating in-house and external training sessions
    • Preparing training facilities and logistics
    • Managing the training calendar and induction programs
    • Scheduling diaries for the Learning Manager and presenters
  2. Learning & Development:
    • Developing competency frameworks and training matrices
    • Reconciling accounts with finance
    • Producing learning materials and collaborating with subject matter experts
    • Creating engaging communications to promote learning
    • Ensuring legal compliance
    • Supporting a learning culture and initiatives
    • Liaising with SETAs and supporting graduate and learnership programs
    • Maintaining learning policies and assessment tools
    • Developing surveys to assess needs
  3. Reporting:
    • Providing monthly reports on L&D activities and expenditure
    • Analyzing trends and maintaining records
    • Managing the online learning platform and ensuring its effectiveness
    • Supporting annual training and workforce planning reports
  4. HR Admin:
    • Supporting HR initiatives and employee queries
    • Maintaining contact with learners for support
  5. Research:
    • Researching industry trends and advancements
    • Engaging in continuous professional development
    • Staying updated with learning and tech trends
Qualifications
  • Degree in HR or relevant tertiary qualification
Deal Breakers
  • 3-5 years experience in high-performing, fast-paced environments in L&D, HR, or Fintech
Additional Skills & Knowledge
  • Experience in talent development, facilitation, HR administration, SETA funded programs
  • Instructional Design and e-learning portal experience
