As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Specialist to join the Learning Function’s leadership team.

This role will be based in Westville and will report directly to the Group Learning and Development, EE and B-BBEE Transformation Executive.

The Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for driving the Leadership and Professional Skills Development Academies by researching, designing, and executing bespoke leadership development programmes for the RCL group. This role will also provide direction in functional capability building programmes to support our core functions. The incumbent will establish an integrated continuous learning framework with offerings to develop high-performance leadership and functional academies, employing a variety of instructor-led and technology-enabled strategies to help employees acquire and maintain the knowledge and skills required for successful individual, team, and organizational performance. Additionally, they will drive a framework of Diversity & Inclusion capability building offerings and interventions in collaboration with the D & I Function, aiming to support the creation of a truly equitable workforce and a psychologically safe work environment for RCL FOODS.
