Job Purpose

We are looking for a forward-thinking Training and Development Specialist responsible for designing, delivering, and managing comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Development

• Design and develop targeted training materials, including comprehensive course outlines, engaging presentations, and rigorous assessment tools.
• Customize learning content to meet specific organizational and departmental objectives.
• Ensure training materials align with industry best practices and company goals.

• Facilitate diverse learning experiences through interactive workshops, comprehensive seminars, and innovative online courses.
• Adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate various learning styles and preferences.
• Create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

• Conduct thorough organizational skills gap assessments.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify critical training requirements.
• Develop strategic learning interventions that address specific performance challenges.

• Design and implement comprehensive evaluation mechanisms.
• Develop post-training assessment tools.
• Analyze feedback and performance data, track, and report on learning program effectiveness and ROI.

• Provide ongoing mentorship and support throughout the learning journey.
• Offer personalized guidance to participants.
• Maintain open communication channels for learning-related queries.
• Follow up on individual and team learning progress.

Required Qualifications
