Qualifications

Job description

To design, develop, and facilitate learning interventions using a variety of methodologies to build knowledge, skills, and competencies that enhance individual performance and organizational competence at ITalk Holdings.

This role will execute these duties in line with the strategic agenda.

Responsibilities
  1. Training Needs Analysis: Identifying learning needs aligned with business needs and reviewing them regularly. Developing learning interventions based on these needs. Preparing a learning action plan for implementation and securing approval from the business.
  2. Implementation of Training: Conducting training for new recruits according to approved plans, including assessments and feedback. Moderating assessments and evaluating training impact, advising management on corrective actions.
  3. Refresher Training: Providing ongoing training for call centre agents, including assessments and impact evaluation, with recommendations for improvements.
  4. Material Review: Reviewing and providing feedback on existing course materials.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining professional relationships with internal clients.
  6. Coaching and Mentoring: Evaluating performance, providing coaching on product knowledge and performance, and mentoring potential talent.
  7. Administration and Reporting: Preparing training logistics, capturing learner details, and compiling reports using approved templates. Managing ad hoc reports as needed.
Requirements
  • Matric, Facilitation Certificate, ODETDP Certificate, B in HR (Advantage), Graphic Design Certificate (Advantage), Marketing Certificate (Advantage), FAIS Credits (min 30 credits in short-term insurance if applicable), FAIS Regulatory Examination (RE5). Registration for one or two Classes of Business requires 12 or 18 CPD points respectively.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, including training program implementation and liaising with SETA. 2-3 years of sales experience in short-term insurance or related fields. Own transport and license required.
