Job summary

A leading company in training and development seeks a Learning Management System (LMS) Support Coordinator. The successful candidate will assist with the implementation and administration of the LMS, coordinate training sessions, and work closely with Subject Matter Experts on content development. A diploma or degree in relevant fields and experience with Adobe tools are required for this role.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or administrative role.
  • Experience in coordinating training programmes and tracking learner progress.
  • Certification or coursework in LMS or instructional design is an advantage.

Job description

  • To support the LMS implementation, migration and training process.

Responsibilities

  • Learning Management System (LMS) support to students and faculty.
  • Administration support with migration, roll-out and implementation of new LMS.
  • Co-ordinating and booking of the training sessions for the LMS with the team and faculty.
  • Liaising with LMS vendor on technical issues.
  • Transition of content for the Academy : Supporting project planning for the transition and update of Academy content across 4 programmes - with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and faculty. Engaging with LMS and instructional design vendors on content development and updates.

Key attributes

Education and experience :

  • 1–3 years of experience in a learning and development, instructional design, or administrative role
  • A diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience using Adobe tools to design training materials and e-learning content.
  • Experience in coordinating training programmes and tracking learner progress.
  • Certification or coursework in LMS, e-learning development, or instructional design is an advantage.
  • Additional training in Adobe Creative Suite, project management, or digital learning tools is beneficial.

Knowledge

  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and content authoring tools.
  • Preferably Agile experience with managing projects.
