Qualifications

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 with Mathematics required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts enquiries and sales.
• Learn to identify and source agricultural machinery parts accurately.
• Manage stock effectively, ensuring availability, ordering based on movement.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and binning stock.
• Ensure shelves and displays are clean, organized, and correctly labelled.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory control processes.
• Capture sales orders and quotations under supervision.
• Support workshop and service department parts requirements.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with farmers and clients.
• Learn and understand CASE IH and other agricultural equipment parts catalogues and systems.
• Assist with maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.
• Stay up to date with agricultural technologies and equipment to serve customers better.
• Point-of-sale process including cash and card transactions.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping of stock and displays.
