Remote (can be based anywhere in South Africa). Need to be able to legally work in SA to be considered.
Salary : R20k - R25k CTC

What the job involves...
Supporting the end-to-end implementation of impactful learning programmes
Helping manage project delivery plans, onboardingand programme rollouts
Building strong, supportive relationships with learners
Coaching on professional behaviour, communicationand work readiness
Running agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Helping learners overcome blockers and reach their full potential
Creating an environment of teamwork and collaboration
Scheduling, assigning, and monitoring project tasks
Tracking progress and maintaining high-quality learner data
Facilitating work experience placements for learners
Reporting on learner outcomes and escalating issues as needed
Liaising with internal teams and supporting seamless delivery
What you need to be considered...
3–5 years’ experience in youth coaching, learner support, facilitation, or similar roles
Project management experience and / or time in the corporate education sector is a plus
Understanding of skills development, B-BBEE, and / or SETA environment is an advantage
Highly organised, outcome-driven and proactive
Personable, diplomatic, and a true team player
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Thrive in agile, fast-paced settings
Have experience supporting marginalised or unemployed youth
Love seeing others grow and succeed
