Job description

Ensure quality is built in during pre-flight, post-flight, and transit inspections.

Perform routine and non-routine inspections and maintenance on aircraft to meet the highest safety and operational standards.

Conduct routine inspections on various mechanical systems on the aircraft.

Perform fault finding and rectify issues based on identified faults.

Perform thorough daily inspections of the aircraft to identify potential issues or defects.

Carry out necessary maintenance tasks to ensure the aircraft's airworthiness.

Adhere to established maintenance procedures and safety standards.

Properly record and sign off all activities in accordance with SACCA requirements, ensuring legal compliance.

Follow health and safety requirements at all times to ensure personal safety, safety of others, and to prevent fires, accidents, and incidents.

Ensure work area, equipment, and tooling are properly maintained and safe before starting any job to prevent accidents or incidents.

Maintain high standards of quality in inspections.

Apply analytical thinking and troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
