Job summary

Telebest is looking for an experienced Workshop Foreman in Kempton Park, Gauteng. The successful candidate will have a trade qualification and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a factory or production environment. Responsibilities include identifying production issues, managing stocks, and ensuring that customer deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent skills in welding (TIG, arc, CO2, spot welding), have site management experience, and a thorough understanding of OHS regulations to ensure workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Workshop Foreman in a factory/production environment.
• Must have a Working at heights certificate.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Identify possible production issues.
• Repair and maintain production equipment and facilities.
• Ensure customer's deadlines are met.

Skills
