Requirements

• Extensive experience (8+ years) as a VFX Artist, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Supervisory role.
• Proven portfolio showcasing exceptional work in feature film VFX.
• Proficiency in industry‑standard VFX software (e.g., Maya, Houdini, Nuke, After Effects, relevant renderers).
• Strong understanding of 3D animation, modeling, texturing, lighting, compositing, and simulation.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent artistic eye and a keen sense of composition, color, and light.
• Ability to communicate effectively with creative and technical teams.
• Experience working within a hybrid work model and managing remote collaboration.
