You will mentor a team of VFX artists, drive realtime VFX quality, and collaborate with directors and engineers to integrate complex effects into the game engine, ensuring stunning visuals and solid technical performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of VFX experience for games or interactive media, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic and technical proficiency in real-time VFX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation of all visual effects, ensuring artistic quality and technical performance align with project goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of VFX artists, providing direction, feedback, and technical support.
• Develop and refine VFX pipelines, tools, and workflows to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with art directors, technical directors, and engineers to implement complex visual effects into the game engine.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to VFX asset creation and implementation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and techniques in real-time VFX.
