The ideal candidate has 7+ years in UX/UI, leadership experience, a strong portfolio including research, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design, and proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
• 7+ years in UX/UI design with leadership experience.
• Strong portfolio with user research, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and development of web and mobile UX/UI.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and flows.
• Mentor junior designers and foster professional growth.
• Advocate for user-centered design throughout the lifecycle.
• Present concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
