Placements24 seeks a visionary Lead UX/UI Designer to spearhead design for its digital products. This fully remote role lets you shape intuitive journeys for a global audience while leading a design team and collaborating with product managers and engineers.

You will champion user-centered design throughout the lifecycle, conduct research and testing, craft wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, and mentor designers while building design systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to launch, ensuring user-centered design principles are integrated at every stage.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive user interfaces.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in UX/UI design , with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent understanding of mobile and web design principles and best practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
