Job summary

Qetello Holdings is recruiting a Transporter Creditors Manager to join their Durbanville-based Finance team. This role oversees the Transporter Creditors Department, ensuring accurate creditor processing, reconciliations and timely payments, while building strong relationships with transporters.

The ideal candidate has experience as a Creditors Manager, Accounts Payable Manager or Finance Team Leader with a track record in high-volume creditor environments and a hands-on leadership style focused

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creditors/Accounts Payable management or finance leadership.
• Strong knowledge of creditor reconciliations and payment processing.
• Experience leading a team and driving process improvements in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Transporter Creditors Department and ensure departmental objectives are achieved.
• Manage daily workflow and allocation of responsibilities across the team.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity and service delivery.
• Foster open communication and accountability within the team.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership and other Creditors Manager.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members.
• Ensure transporter accounts are reconciled and queries resolved efficiently.
• Drive process improvements and automation where applicable.
• Maintain strong financial controls to prevent errors and fraud.
