Job Summary

Lead the agile solution design, deployment, and ongoing optimization and evolution of enterprise-wide technology products and services (full stack engineering & ownership/control) in low complexity environments.

Job Description

The role involves:

• Product & Service Direction Setting, Solution Design & Performance Management
• Collaborating with CIO & business product owners to define strategy
• Managing senior business interface relationships
• Ensuring delivery of products & solutions with risk management
• Applying design thinking for architecturally sound solutions
• Designing blueprints aligned with organizational strategy
• Guiding technical solutions across teams
• Planning and prioritizing deployment activities
• Aligning solutions with architectural and infrastructure standards
• Monitoring performance for optimization and cost efficiency

DevOps Responsibilities

Leverage expert knowledge in architecture & infrastructure, manage development practices, and ensure optimal deployment and automation strategies using technologies like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc. Coach teams on best practices and ensure quality development and maintenance of applications.

Delivery Management

Manage agile deployment, resource allocation, and collaboration with transformation teams. Maintain effective relationships with product owners and broader technology functions.

People Management

Set and cascade product and service strategies, attract and develop talent, build high-performance teams, and promote agile practices.

Financial & Vendor Management, Risk & Governance

Manage risk, governance, vendor selection, and contractual negotiations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
