Requirements

• UiPath – Enterprise-grade automation platform
• Automation Anywhere – Strong on cloud-native capabilities
• Blue Prism – Known for security, audit trails, and governance
• API Gateway – MuleSoft, Azure API Management
• Enable bot-to-system integrations via APIs; Service Bus / Queues – RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, Kafka
• Handle large data flows and asynchronous processing; iPaaS – Workato, Zapier
• Lightweight integration for SMEs or smaller automation use cases; RPA Orchestrators – UiPath Orchestrator, Automation Anywhere Control Room
• Real-time logs and dashboarding for automation health; AIOps / Observability – Dynatrace, Datadog
• Advanced monitoring and root cause analysis for complex automations; OCR & Document AI – ABBYY, Microsoft Azure Form Recognizer, Google Document AI

Product & Service Direction Setting, Solution Design & Performance Management

• Work with the CIO & business product owners to define the product & technical strategy (Full Stack – End to End)
• Act as the single point of partnership & manage the senior business interface (product owner) relationship
• Assume accountability for the delivery of the product & solutions (risk cannot be outsourced to vendors)
• Apply design thinking practices to deliver architecturally sound technical product & service solutions and guide others on this architecture
• Lead & facilitate the design of product & service solution blueprints aligned to organizational strategy
• Collaborate across the tech value chain to guide the business on technical solutions
• Lead detailed scoping, prioritization & integration planning for deployment
• Ensure solutions align with Group Architecture standards, principles, and practices
• Monitor performance of products and services for ongoing optimization & cost-to-value

DevOps & Technical Leadership

• Leverage expertise in architecture & infrastructure; design and manage development practices across squads
• Ensure optimal design & deployment of technical products / services via pipelines
• Design & implement automation testing, CI / CD frameworks
• Guide code development practices, ensuring quality and security
• Manage DevOps pipelines & releases, maintain applications, and coach senior developers

Delivery & People Management

• Manage squad teams for agile delivery
• Collaborate with transformation & change teams
• Build high-performance teams, drive performance management & feedback
• Attract, recruit, develop, and retain diverse talent

Financial, Vendor Management, Risk & Governance

• Accountability for risk management in technical decisions
• Manage risk & governance frameworks
• Oversee vendor selection & contracts
