Requirements

• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or Synthetic Chemistry.
• A minimum of 6 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in synthetic organic chemistry, with a significant focus on drug discovery or pharmaceutical research.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing complex total synthesis and methodology development.
• Proficiency in modern spectroscopic and chromatographic techniques for compound characterization and purification.
• Strong understanding of reaction mechanisms, stereochemistry, and protecting group strategies.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of chemists.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to experimental work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for technical reporting and team collaboration.
