The role demands a PhD and 6+ years of leadership in synthetic biology, with strong cloning, PCR, sequencing skills and a drive for safety and excellence in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• PhD in Synthetic Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive research experience in synthetic biology, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Strong expertise in DNA assembly methods, metabolic engineering, and gene circuit design.
• Experience with cloning, PCR, and sequencing.
• Proficiency in bioinformatics tools and statistical analysis for biological data.
• Demonstrated experience in publishing research in reputable scientific journals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of synthetic biologists, guiding research strategies and project execution.
