Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in cleaning with 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and best practices for event venues.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Based in or able to reliably commute to Stellenbosch, Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise a cleaning team for special events.
• Develop and implement detailed cleaning plans for various event types.
