Job Description

Architecture

• Leverage a deep understanding of organizational strategy to identify, design, and deliver scalable, testable, and reusable technology solutions.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to analyze customer requirements and business capabilities to accurately specify complex problems and design solutions.
• Utilize emotional, social, and business acumen to understand stakeholder perspectives and reconcile these within solution designs.
• Apply analytical and creative problem-solving skills to synthesize solutions beyond mere analysis.
• Lead design thinking processes to deliver solution blueprints and roadmaps.
• Create end-to-end solution blueprints that can be implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design or contribute to detailed feasibility studies and business cases.
• Use engineering expertise to make optimal design choices, including modern software design practices like domain-driven design, microservices, and loosely coupled integration.
• Select appropriate tools for solutions, researching alternatives as needed.
• Take accountability for solution blueprint design and delivery decisions.
• Work with project management to align solution roadmaps with strategic requirements.
• Embed within delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Ensure solution details are accurate, aligned with architectural principles, and implementable.
• Participate in solution and code reviews, testing, and other disciplines.
• Present solution designs and business cases in architectural forums.
• Identify risks and work with stakeholders to address challenges.
• Monitor solution performance against customer metrics and business results.
• Stay updated on emerging architectural principles and evolve solutions accordingly.
• Build architectural capabilities within teams through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to architectural knowledge and principles development.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
