Architecture

• Leverage a deep understanding of organizational strategy to identify, design, and deliver scalable, testable, and reusable technology solutions.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to analyze customer requirements and business capabilities, accurately framing complex business problems for solution design.
• Utilize emotional, social, and commercial insights to understand stakeholders and reconcile diverse opinions within solution designs.
• Apply analytical and creative problem-solving skills to synthesize comprehensive solution designs.
• Lead design thinking processes to develop solution blueprints and roadmaps.
• Create end-to-end solution blueprints applicable across all project phases.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of feasibility studies and business cases.
• Make informed solution design choices based on a strong engineering background, including domain-driven design, microservices, and modern software practices.
• Select appropriate tools for solutions, researching alternatives to optimize outcomes.
• Own accountability for solution blueprint design and delivery decisions.
• Work with project management to align solution roadmaps with strategic organizational needs.
• Embed within delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of blueprints.
• Ensure solution details align with architectural principles and are implementable by involved teams.
• Conduct solution and code reviews, testing, and related disciplines.
• Present solution designs and business cases in architectural forums for approval.
• Identify risks and collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges.
• Monitor solution performance against customer metrics and business results.
• Stay updated on evolving architectural principles and ensure solutions align with these principles.
• Develop architectural capabilities within delivery teams through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the architectural body of knowledge and principles.

• Participate in peer reviews and facilitate knowledge transfer.

• Engage with chapter and guild leads in solution decision-making.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
